Greetings! Welcome to my blog.
About the Author
Passionate about computers from a very young age, I have been immersed in this world for over 30 years. It all started around the age of 8 when I got my hands on my brother's Amstrad. My overflowing curiosity literally sucked me into this world, with no turning back possible. :)
Not long after, my father got a PC. That's when I discovered DOS, Windows 3.11, Visual Basic, and other wonders. With the rise of the internet in France, I managed to convince him to get an internet subscription. The 56k modem arrived at home, and I discovered an ocean of possibilities just a click away. My thirst for knowledge then led me to explore networks, Linux, development, and of course, hacking.
I even learned English out of necessity, as I had to read manuals and documentation that were only available in that language at the time! Since internet subscriptions were not yet unlimited, I’ll let you imagine the overage charges and my father’s reaction when he received the bills.
Looking back, I think he realized my overflowing passion, and I am very lucky to have parents who never limited or restricted my opportunities.
I’ve had the chance to follow the evolution of the internet (and technologies in general) since its early days. This has helped me develop a broad perspective and feel comfortable in various areas of computing (development, networks, security, hacking, etc.).
I just celebrated my 40th birthday, it was time to create this blog to share my knowledge, discoveries, and experiences. ;)
